Keshia Chante Biography

Keshia Chanté is one of Canada’s fastest rising stars. Her tremendous talent and tireless commitment to her music has earned her critical acclaim. Since 2003 Chanté has padded her resume receiving numerous awards at radio, television, and video including a 2005 Juno Award for “R&B/Soul Recording of the Year”. Chanté’s self titled Canadian debut garnered 5, top 10 radio singles (Shook-The Answer, Unpredictable, Bad Boy, Does He Love Me and Let the Music Take You) winning her Best New Solo Artist at the 2004 Canadian Radio Awards, and went on to sell upwards of 60K units (certified Gold in Canada).

Hot on the heels of the success of her first album, the unstoppable star has finished recording her sophomore CD,
2U, which will be released in Canada on December 5th and the U.S. on Epic Records in early 2007. No stranger to hard work, Keshia stretched her time between New York, Los-Angeles, Miami and Toronto to record 2U. Throughout the recording process she continued to perform on various superstar tours with artists, including opening for Destiny’s Child. For her Canadian sophomore release and U.S. debut, Keshia Chanté aligned herself with upper echelon songwriters and producers. 2U features songwriters & producers who worked on albums by artists such as Puffy (P. Diddy), Usher and Kelly Rowland

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
