Few singers have the staying power of folk icon, Judy Collins. For nearly 45 illustrious years, her dulcet tones have graced our ears, and her poetic lyrics have galvanized a generation. She has released more than 40 albums, has had numerous Top 10 hits, Grammy nominations and gold and platinum selling albums.

April 19, 2005 brought the release of Judy’s long-awaited new album, Portrait of an American Girl, her first studio album in eight years. As has become one of her trademarks, Judy has recorded an eclectic group of songs for this album, which includes personal songs she has written on her own, along with resounding covers of such songs as the Motown hit “Sally Go ‘Round the Roses,” Train’s “Drops of Jupiter” and Bruce Cockburn’s “Pacing the Cage.”

June 2005 welcomes a new book from Judy, Morning, Noon and Night: Living the Creative Life (Tarcher/Penguin Putnam). While sharing her own experiences in this self-improvement book, Judy seeks to help anyone who wants to focus on their creativity and increase the productivity and enjoyment in their creative projects, whether it be music, theater, writing, craft work, decorating, cooking, or anything else that challenges the artist in all of us.

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
