Big Boi Biography

Outside his primary roles as Andra 3000's partner in OutKast and as one of the central members of the Dungeon Family, Big Boi (born Antwan Andra Patton) appeared on tracks by Missy Elliott ( All N My Grill ), Trick Daddy ( In da Wind ), Jay-Z ( Poppin' Tags ), Killer Mike ( A.D.I.D.A.S. ), Beyonce ( Hip Hop Star ), Brooke Valentine ( Girlfight ), Sleepy Brown ( Margarita ), and Fantasia ( Hood Boy ). As a solo artist, the MC had a minor hit in 2005 with Kryptonite (I'm on It), one of the year's best rap singles; it was the lead single from the officially released showcase for his Purple Ribbon label, the eclectic Got Purp?, Vol. 2, which featured the likes of Killer Mike and Sleepy Brown, as well as Janelle Monáe. Also involved in film (ATL, OutKast's Idlewild, Who's Your Caddy?) and even the stage (he worked with the Atlanta Ballet in 2008), Big Boi prepped his first solo album, Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, which was due for release during the summer of 2008. ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
