Supafloss Biography

With a unique blend of infectious rap beats combined with tounge-in-cheek lyrics, comedic hip hop duo Supafloss are blurring the line between music and sketch comedy. Michael Rivkin and Kirk Ward, both accomplished musicians and actors in their own right, got their start collaborating with Jack Black and Kyle Glass in the early stages of Tenacious D.

After forming their own group, Supafloss cut their own album and went on to produce some of the most memorable music videos on the web. They are probably best known for their song “Chuck Norris,” which quickly became an on-line sensation. The video features heavy-hitters Jack Black, John C. Reilly and Chris Parnell. We research to make sure this is the most accurate information available. Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
